We offer full refund for the last subscription you paid when you request within 30 calendar days before the next billing period.

Please cancel your subscription on your billing page and request a refund sending an email to hello@simpleserviceorder.com. We ensure you the day we use to validate your request is the day you cancel your subscription.

I paid a few months in advance, what does it mean before the next billing period?

This is better explained with an example: If you have paid for 3 months, and your subscription starts January 1st, if you request a refund on those dates you will get:

January 15th
all your 3 months are refunded
February 1st
your 2nd and 3rd month is refunded
February 28
your 2nd and 3rd month is refunded
March 1st
your 3rd month is refunded
March 10th
your 3rd month is refunded
March 20th
your 3rd month is refunded
March 31th
your 3rd month is refunded
